I made a mistake in the order but not possible to change
Have normally had great customer service from this branch. However, today I was greeted with a rudely spoken and very gruff “You collection mate?” And when I replied with my name half my order was dumped on a counter. I then said it was 2 orders to which the assistant rolled his eyes, huffed and stormed over to the other order. This was also dumped on a counter, no offer of carrier bag and I wasn’t going to ask for one judging by earlier service responses. It was 8am so no idea what had been done to offend but may have to rethink shopping at this branch in the future.

Quick ordering ,even quicker pick up really friendly staff

Eight people in this queue, people walking away!!! Unfortunately I have to wait for my order and only 1person serving. Got to travel for a job, now going to be late!!!! Not impressed....
Been in the Woking store twice this week. Both times I was queuing and there were people hanging around the office on the left hand side chatting but not going to the till. One even looked up saw the queue and walked in the opposite direction. However when I did eventually get served the guy on the till was very helpful both times. So that makes up for it a bit.
Received text quickly to say order ready. Minor issue I had was I waited at click and collect desk and I got overlooked for another person in the normal queue who arrived after me.
Lady who served me was very helpful.
Incorrect purchase sent out, looks like cheaper tool bag on the web site

When ordered, guaranteed delivery for Saturday the hole job planned ! Still waiting for delivery checked delivery tracker not even out for delivery.
